Vanessa, who is based at our Segensworth office, qualified in 2004. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Vanessa worked in a number of administration roles in the public and private sectors. She started her legal career as a litigation paralegal at one of the major commercial firms in Southampton. On qualification as a Solicitor she choose to specialise in Wills, Trusts and Probate work, attracted by the high level of client contact this type of work offers when advising people at all different stages of their lives. She has worked in the local area ever since. She is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly. Vanessa undertakes a wide range of work including wills, tax planning, long term care planning, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, after death variations, trusts and Court of Protection work, often working in conjunction with other specialist professionals. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys watching football, theatre and rock music as well as walking, attending her local gym and spending time with her family.
