Based in the Southampton office, Matthew Robbins is the Senior Partner and leads the Commercial Property, Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. Qualifying in 1997, Matthew founded Viva Law in 2004 and then acquired Jasper and Vincent in 2012. He merged the firms to create Jasper Vincent and since that time the firm has rapidly expanded with offices in Segensworth, Southampton and Waterside.

Matthew assists in a range of corporate deals and commercial property transactions, often connected to the leisure and construction industries. Recent transactions have included several high profile residential property transactions for high net worth individuals.

Dispute Resolution work has seen Matthew involved in several high profile cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal including Judicial Review proceedings.

Matthew is married with two children and enjoys participation in adventure races, cycling and new culinary experiences. He is also an active member of the Solicitors Benevolent Association and Hampshire Incorporated Law Society.
