John has enjoyed 20 years in residential conveyancing and is a Senior Residential Conveyancer heading up his team based primarily at our Southampton Office. He has successfully moved many hundreds of families out of and into their new homes ranging from studios, flats, apartments and houses to mansions.
John has dealt with the full spectrum of the moving process dealing with leaseholds as well as freeholds and has successfully assisted clients and their families through the twists and turns of their moves.
John also assists clients in their capacity as directors of limited companies when purchasing or remortgaging buy-to-let stock or acquiring property for new family business ventures.
John also works closely with his colleagues in our Private Client Wills & Probate Teams, assisting clients in their capacities as Executors and Attorneys.
As well as offering Zoom meetings to fit in with busy lives, John always makes time to meet with clients face to face in the office if preferred and is supported by a tight-knit team.
John appreciates the stresses and anxieties involved whenever property is being dealt with and offers a calm, firm and supportive pair of hands giving reassurance to each and every client.
