Edy studied law at University in Poland, where in 2002, she obtained a Master of Law degree. Her ambition was to join the Polish Diplomatic Service after graduating but instead she moved to England to learn English in 2003.

After obtaining the Cambridge English Qualifications she opted to remain in Southampton, where she enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality sector running one of the most prestigious venues in Southampton.

The law remained prominent in Edy’s life as she helped friends with issues and volunteered 1 day a week at a local law firm to gain experience in practice.

The pandemic prompted Edy to pursue a career in law full time. She joined Jasper Vincent in their residential conveyancing department in January 2021 and progressed from being a Conveyancing Assistant to a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Edy is studying for her CILEX professional qualification.

Edy has a daughter and they enjoy active holidays, visiting new places, theatre visits and attending local football matches.
