Receptionist for Southampton Office
Jasper Vincent Solicitors are looking for a full time temporary receptionist / office administrator for their Southampton office. This post is to cover maternity leave until Christmas, although there is a possibility of some part time hours after this date. Your primary role will be ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and communicating professionally and effectively with clients, staff and other professionals.
Main duties will include: answering the phone and door, assisting with meetings, deal with all outgoing post and faxes, managing the stationery stock levels, photocopying, general filing and audio and touch typing, administrative and typing work across all departments, assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
